Refund Policy

You must inform us by requesting a cancellation/credit request form, by email phil@lightsoflichfield.co.uk within 14 days, starting the day after delivery/receipt off your order that are undamaged, unfitted.

If you have damages or any faults with your item you must report them to us within 48 hours of receiving the order. Lights of Lichfield cannot accept responsibility after this period. (you will receive a Returns Reference number when your order has been accepted for a return by us).

Under the Distance selling regulations, customers have a duty of care while the goods are in their possession and we request all goods are returned with all their original packaging, complete with all other components sent with them i.e. lamps. (anything included in the item).

Goods should not have been connected or installed to the mains, modified or used in any way and should be in an undamaged condition. i.e. resalable and in a condition you expect a new item to be received in.

For unwanted items, the customer is responsible for any return carriage. The total order amount, including the standard delivery cost, are refunded if the goods are cancelled within the 14 day returns period.

Lights of Lichfield will in no way be liable for any costs incurred due to faulty goods or shortages such as electrician’s fee or, time that is taken from place of employment etc.

We have the right to refuse refunds and or change a restocking fee of up to 50% for failure to meet the above conditions. We may also charge for return postage when our terms are not met. This does not affect your statutory rights.

It is our responsibility to supply you with goods that meet your consumer rights. If you have any concerns that we have not met our legal obligations, please contact us.
